Ross has been fantastic. we have an old boiler which has problems from time to time.

He wasn't able to come out but managed to fix our boiler problem over the phone with me going through step by step until we got to the problem which I would never have been able to do on my own.

Ross replied so quickly to my panicked message as our boiler stopped working on Tuesday night. He did his best to diagnose the problem through messages and then managed to squeeze in an emergency visit when it needed sorting in person. We now have hot water and heating again and a great plan for improving the system going forwards, all without any kind of pushiness or rush to make us rip it all out and start again! Hugely appreciate both the service and the honest attitude - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Ross has helped us a few times now but he's just replaced our monster water tank with a much more friendly and updated version. He was great with fitting us into his schedule & also taught us a few bits. Before replacing, he took time out of his personal time to help us out as well over video. Awesome guy, amazing service

Well Ross really does go above and beyond! Pigeon rescue! An unfortunate wood pigeon took a nose dive down our chimney and was stuck behind the gas fire.

Thankfully Ross came to the rescue to release him. Walter the Pigeon, as named by my neighbours who took care of him until he could be taken to Brent lodge wildlife hospital to recover from a broken wing, is I am sure living his best life thanks to Ross. Not all hero’s wear capes

Have also used Ross for servicing our boiler a few times and he has always been very reliable and done a great job continuously trying to find the most cost effective solutions to any issues.
